Full Media and Communication Strategy

Overview

Responsible for the club’s integrated media and communication management, including content production, campaign development, match coverage, graphic design, and audiovisual presentation. The work focused on strengthening the club’s presence across online and offline channels, increasing fan engagement, expanding brand visibility, and enhancing institutional value.

Club Identity Modernization

Redesigned the club’s digital platforms with a contemporary and minimalist approach while preserving its official visual identity. This initiative strengthened brand consistency, modernized the audience experience, and made communication more professional and engaging.

Human-Centered Campaigns

Led impactful campaigns, including "Violence is Always a Defeat", a significant initiative against violence towards women.

This campaign received extensive media coverage, featuring players entering the field in specially designed jerseys. A video was produced to highlight the team's and coach's involvement, enhancing the campaign's message and community impact.

Translation

"Respect the mother, the daughter, the sister. Respect the girlfriend, the wife, and the friend. Respect the boss and the colleague. Respect the player, the lineswoman, and the fan. Respect the acquaintance and the stranger. Respect the girls, respect the women. Violence, in whatever form it manifests, Is always a defeat. For the end of violence against women."

Jersey designed for players to wear on the field, featuring the campaign's slogan: 'Violence is Always a Defeat'

Multimedia Production

Managed the club’s media production, including match coverage, marketing campaigns, and interviews.

Resenha Xavante

Hosted and produced the Resenha Xavante program, broadcast on Premiere Clubes, featuring behind-the-scenes content, interviews, and exclusive club updates.
